The Château Bouscaut red 2015 is perfect with a beef fillet with cranberries or a good vacherin. Elegant and intense nose of black fruits, lilac, and smoke; meaty, fresh mouthfeel, with tannins that deserve to refine. It continues to assert itself as a more fleshy wine than before.
Fleshy in the mouth, with thickness, generally well-matured and concentrated tannins. A bit tight, sometimes austere in their youth, they soften with age: the fruit tannins blend with those from the oak, bringing roundness and softness, a lot of richness and spicy flavors. They finish long with beautiful softness and great velvety richness.
Pairs well with braised red meats, Cheeses, Grilled red meats
38% Merlot, 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec
