This wine has a pale gold colour. The nose is expressive, dominated by notes of stewed apple, lime blossom and acacia, with hints of toasted hazelnut and fresh butter.On the palate, the balance is rather round, enhanced by a beautiful freshness on the finish. A classic and elegant Pouilly-Fuissé, which will go well with a large number of dishes.
