This is a very fine St.Emilion. Exotic nose shows black cherry, fresh crushed berry fruit, with hints of chocolate, violet and spices. Some will call this "new world", but it is nicely balanced and the ample fruit is elegant, smooth, not overly sweet or alcoholic. It has excellent mid-palate density
An intense and dark Pessac-Léognan red, not so much in colour as in aroma profile, made by a Grand Cru Classé de Graves château, owned by the Irish-born Quinn family. Coffee, dark berries, plums and bitter chocolate lead the way to savoury layers of bay leaf, pepper and wild game
Still dry and concentrated and with swathes of rich tannins, the wine is dark and dense. The undertow of ripe black fruit is impressive. It obviously has considerable aging potential. Drink this serious wine from 2025.
What a gorgeous and supple young wine with ultra-fine tannins and vivid acidity. Medium to full body and direct and driven tannins. Shows such beauty. Better in 2020.
offers a nice balanced structure and illustrates the potential of the vineyard. This wine has an enticing, dark and very intense, ruby colour. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe black fruit
Beautiful smooth Pomerol. Round Merlot-driven blend with well integrated tannins. Medium-bodied. Notes of Cherry, Raspberry, smoke and Mocha. This is a very delicious wine!
Big-hearted fruit dominates this smooth wine. The estate, owned by the Tesseron family and close to their other property of Pontet-Canet, is performing well and it shows in this juicy ripe wine, full of generous tannins. The aftertaste shows both acidity and concentration. Ready to drink!
