Here is a pure Merlot of great structure, long and complex, marked by intense notes of red fruits and spices. Its volume of mouth, its supple tannins, its long finish and its overall balance make it a perfect representative of the vintage. It can begin to be drunk on a bacon  Veal breast. Pairs with beef, lamb & poultry.
