Traditional Chablis...medium to light bodied! Offers fresh, floral aromas, appley fruit and complex rich mineral character derived from the subtle influence of chalky vineyard soils. Fresh steely flavours and lively balanced citrus finish! Excellent complement to them Oysters, Shellfish and grilled fish, Ham, Coq au vin or Cheese!
This wine has a pale gold colour enhanced by a beautiful freshness on the finish. A classic and elegant Pouilly-Fuissé, which will go well with a large number of dishes.
