Prieuré de Beyzac 2018 presents a very beautiful bouquet of fragrant red cherries, wild strawberries, and a well-integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, sharp acidity, and great precision towards the finish. It is one of the most remarkable Crus Bourgeois of the vintage. Absolutely superb!
Beautiful balance, silky tannins, delightful flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant, and walnut, fresh length adorned with pleasantly toasted aromas.
Food/wine pairings: To be enjoyed with a warm goat cheese salad, chicken strips, pie…
55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon
