The 2015 Lacoste-Borie is a pretty, juicy wine with good balance and enough depth to drink well for another few years at least, while the red cherry and plum fruit remains vibrant. This is an attractive second wine from Grand-Puy-Lacoste.
Beautiful "nearly black" garnet color. This cuvée is rich and complex, gradually revealing aromas of minerality, black cherry fruits, pepper, chicory, and elderflower. The concentration and breadth of a juicy and firm gamay. The tannins are persistent.
