This wine has a reserved nose of white peach, pear, golden delicious apple, cantaloupe and dried white blossom. The palate is round with lemon-tinged edges and moments of wet stone on the finish.  

A very fleshy style, rich with huge fruit concentration, lovely texture and a moreish finish.

A modern style Vosne-Romanee and the least I like from a VR tasting. Sweet strawberry and candy notes driven with subtle blackberry and mint leaf aromas. It is a fruit-driven VR; and needs more depth to take it to the next level. It started to become tart after an hour

Dirupo Brut is soft yellow with greenish highlights, the perlage is fine, copious and lingering and the froth creamy. The scents evoke spring blooms such as hawthorn and acacia blossoms, delicate citrus fruit and a hint of fresh fruit (green apples, peaches).
