One of the most famous vineyards of Paul Mas, this Crémant Prima Perla reflects the exciting character of the Limoux terroir. Delicate and subtle with delicious notes of peaches and apricots from Roussillon, tonic with its flavours of citrus fruits and blood orange, this sparkling rosé is far from the stereotype of its genre, sometimes loaded with sugar. It goes well both with fresh cheese and with Parma ham. Particularly good with sushi and other tartars: we are fans!
